Program Book Advertising Insertion Order

Please fill out the form to reserve your space in our 2015-2016 program books. By filling out this form, you are contracting with us to advertise at the rates listed here. No payment is due at this time; an invoice will be sent to you with a tear sheet after the ad is published.

  • Ad size and placement

  • Select your ad size. By selecting one of these options you are reserving an ad to run in all 12 program books published during the 2015-2016 season. All full season ads will run in color.
  • If you would like to advertise only in certain books, please select which books you are interested in from the list below. Note that ads that run in select books only are printed in black & white. Color is not available with this option. **After you have made your selection here, you must also indicate the ad size below.***
  • Select your ad size. Your ad will run only in the program books you selected above. Prices listed here are for one ad in one book. Your total amount due will be calculated based on the number of books you have opted to run your ad in.
  • Check here to add a listing on the "In The Neighborhood" section of our website. Listing includes a blurb, link to your website and small photo or logo. The listing will run throughout our 2015-2016 season.
  • If you are placing your reservation on or before July 10, 2015, a 10% discount will be applied to your invoice.

  • Contract Terms and Signature

  • All advertising is subject to the approval of The Performing Arts Center. Advertiser (and/or their ad agency) agree to assume all responsibility for content, including but not limited to text, illustrations, representations, of advertisements placed and printed, and further agrees to hold harmless The Performing Arts Center, Purchase College, for any and all claims arising from said advertising and its contents. Advertiser agrees to the pricing listed herein and will submit payment upon receipt of invoice.
